Litigation Associate Attorney (Miami)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join the nationally recognized team at a Global AmLaw law firm in Miami. This full-time and hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) role at the law firm's office in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs Conduct depositions and argue motions Assist with hearings, mediations, and trials Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, trials and all other aspects of employment litigation Conduct legal and employment research and analysis Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and assess risk Maintain client communication and provide regular case updates Requirements Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida A minimum of three years' experience of litigation Experience managing discovery, motion practice, and client communications Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Judicial clerkship experience is preferred J-18808-Ljbffr
