Senior Litigation Associate

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Fort Lauderdale office. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on sophisticated matters within a collaborative and high-performing team.Responsibilities• Manage litigation matters from early stages through resolution • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and related court filings • Handle discovery processes, including document review and e-discovery • Conduct and defend depositions • Support hearings, mediations, and trial preparation • Collaborate with internal teams on case strategy and execution • Support junior attorneys and contribute to team development • Engage in client-facing work and broader practice initiativesQualifications• 5+ years of defense-side litigation experience • Ability to manage matters independently • Admission to the Florida Bar (required) • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills • Experience in complex or high-volume litigation preferred • Employment law exposure is a plus, but not required
