What to Expect
Tesla is looking to hire an experienced process operations and maintenance role with hands-on experience in lab and pilot plant facilities. This candidate will be a core member of an interdisciplinary materials development team that is focused on developing innovative materials to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
What You’ll Do
Running and maintaining equipment for materials synthesis and analytics
Handling and processing of solids including crushing, milling, mixing, sieving
Assist in facility build-out, equipment commissioning and equipment maintenance
Development of process SOP and safety concepts
What You’ll Bring
Risk awareness, ability to identify and address material and process related risks to support safety assessments and the continuous improvements
Willingness to collaborate and take on challenges in unfamiliar areas
Strong sense for hazards and process safety and be able to work independently and with others
