They’re building AI-powered workflows that make silicon engineers dramatically more productive, accelerating architectural exploration, SystemVerilog construction and verification, and physical design.Responsibilities:Lead hardware engineering efforts and act as the technical reference for ML teams learning chip designDefine validation frameworks ensuring ML-generated designs are correctMentor founding hardware engineers and establish design methodologiesTranslate hardware requirements into actionable engineering guidancePartner with customers to capture requirements and inform product developmentDrive the transition from tool development to real-world chip designRequirements:5+ years in chip design workflows, ideally contributing to tapeouts at top-tier chip companies (Apple, NVIDIA, Etched, Synopsys, Cadence)Strong background in RTL development & verification (SystemVerilog/Verilog)Experience leading teams or projects in SoC/IP design (PCIe, PHY, LPDDR, Memory Controllers, NoC, CPU subsystems, etc.)Proficiency in Python for workflow automation/integrationBonus: AI-for-chip-design experience If you’re interested in shaping the foundation of an AI-first approach to chip design in a sector that hasn’t yet seen AI transformation.
