Electrical equipment assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components and subassemblies in accordance with strict industry standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in high-reliability environments and holds current J-STD and IPC-A-610 certifications. salary: $66,560 - $87,360 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Assemble electrical and electronic components, harnesses, and cable assemblies per engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructionsPerform soldering and wiring in compliance with J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standardsInterpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation accuratelyConduct inspections and basic functional testing of assemblies to ensure quality and complianceIdentify and troubleshoot assembly issues, reporting discrepancies to engineering or quality teamsMaintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environmentFollow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements specific to aerospace manufacturingDocument work completed, including test results and any deviations Skills Electronic Assembling Soldering Circuit Board Assembling J-STD IPC-610 Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
