Job Opportunity - Electrical Engineer - Phoenix, AZ - Solar Controls/Embedded SystemsIf you’re the kind of engineer who likes seeing your designs actually move something in the real world… keep reading.I’m working with a team building next-gen control systems for utility-scale solar infrastructure, and they’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to help design and bring those systems to life.This role sits at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and real-world deployment and execution.What you’ll be doing: • Designing and developing control systems for solar tracking equipment • Creating schematics, PCB layouts, and running simulations (Altium, LTspice, MATLAB) • Supporting system integration across hardware, firmware, and sensor systems • Testing, troubleshooting, and validating prototypes + production units • Working hands-on with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)What they’re looking for: • BSEE (or similar) with ~2+ years experience (internships count) • Strong fundamentals in circuit design + power systems • Exposure to embedded systems, microcontrollers, or control systems • Comfortable in both lab and cross-functional engineering environments • Bonus if you’ve touched solar, motor controllers, or real-time systemsIt’s a high-ownership, fast-moving environment with a lot of room to grow technically.If this catches your eye, don't hesitate to apply to this post or reach out to me directly at coleman.carpenter@lumicity.io with a copy of your resume and I'll be in touch. ~This position is unable to sponsor Visas at this time ~Job Opportunity - Electrical Engineer - Phoenix, AZ - Solar Controls/Embedded Systems
