An ideal candidate will have experience in data center operations, construction, or technology management, but a strong ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment is essential.You will love this job if…You are a high performer, self-starter, and love to learn.You thrive working with high-functioning teams.You take ownership of projects and drive impact.You connect and grow both inside and outside the organization.You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying authentic and having fun.What you’ll do…Lead cross-functional teams to drive data center initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, and timelines.Oversee strategic planning and execution of data center projects, collaborating with stakeholders across IT, engineering, operations, and compliance teams.Manage multiple project streams, including infrastructure deployment, capacity planning, and vendor coordination to support scalable growth.Develop and implement processes to optimize data center performance, operational resilience, and cost efficiency.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, security standards, and compliance measures.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.Provide leadership in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to improve project outcomes and efficiency.Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization, presenting key findings and project updates to leadership and stakeholders.You should have...A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (i.e. Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, etc.)3+ years of experience in program/project management within data centers, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.Strong understanding of data center operations, including capacity planning, infrastructure management, commissioning, and vendor coordination.Expertise in working with Hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise IT environments, and cloud service providers.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving real estate, construction, IT, and finance teams.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.Flexibility to travel as required for project execution and stakeholder engagement.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a technical field, or business administration (MBA)Proven experience with data center negotiation strategies and executionDemonstrated expertise in data center leasing and related transactionsEducation & Credentials: B.S.
