Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, will rotate between Clear Lake and Webster, Texas, with rotating weekend coverage every 6 to 8 weeks.This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.How You’ll ContributeAt US Fertility, collaboration is fundamental to how we work. Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you’ll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In This Role, The Patient Services Coordinator WillGreet patients and manage front officeCheck patients in for appointments and sanitize roomsAnswer patient phone calls and route appropriate teamRegister new patients into laboratory EMRSchedule patient appointmentsSend and verify consentsTake payments and work closely with Ovation Billing teamProcess and fax completed lab reports results to referring physiciansData entry into EMRAct as liaison between lab staff and medical teamWork with patients looking to transfer cryopreserved specimens and their originating clinics to collect necessary records and organize shipmentsAssist lab staff in administrative projectsPerform all other duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications And Skills IncludeHigh school diploma or equivalent is required2+ years previous experience in an administrative role; medical office experience preferredKnowledge of medical software, terminology and procedures preferredKnowledge of HIPAA Regulations preferredExcellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build and facilitate good working relationships with staff at all levels of organizationDemonstrated ability with exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential informationExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently, under pressure and within deadlinesExceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work as part of a teamGood research skillsTech savvyFlexibility and willingness to learn at all timesExcellent multi-tasking abilitiesAbility to use billing systemsMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
