Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional summer Saturdays.
What You'll Do:
Bring your keen eye for detail and organizational skills to ensure projects are executed flawlessly with zero tolerance for errors or oversights.
Use your problem-solving prowess to tackle challenges at every stage of the project, from initial planning to customer service calls, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.
Quickly adapt to new techniques and information, staying ahead in a constantly evolving industry.
Review and assess projects within set turnaround times, adhering to our high-quality standards.
Keep both staff and customers well-informed about project progress with clear, consistent communication.
Lead initiatives for process improvements through thoughtful design, effective leadership, and comprehensive training.
Oversee all customer interactions, from calls to emails, ensuring outstanding service throughout every phase of the job.
Assist with a variety of tasks including permits, demolition, concrete, carpentry, and electrical orders, and provide phone support for customer inquiries.
Work closely with field staff and other departments to drive team success and interface with Sales Representatives to ensure seamless organizational performance.
Build expertise in essential company software platforms such as Clickr, Excel, Adobe, and Office 365.
Thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented team environment, embracing ambitious targets with enthusiasm.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of Danley’s product line and technical building processes.
Upload project images and documents to our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Understand and apply zoning codes to ensure all building plans meet municipal regulations.
Review and revise approved permits to align with customer and municipality requirements before production, and create and check work orders for accuracy and customer approval.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in customer service with proven problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Skills:
Proactive and innovative mindset.
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus, though not required.
