Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated .NET Developer to support application development and maintenance initiatives for the Georgia Department of Revenue. The ideal candidate should be a recent undergraduate graduate with strong knowledge of .NET technologies, object-oriented programming, and software development principles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications.
Participate in application design, coding, debugging, and implementation.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.
Troubleshoot application issues and resolve defects.
Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and developers.
Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Support production deployments and application enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Recent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of:
C#
.NET Framework / .NET Core
ASP.NET
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Basic knowledge of:
SQL Server
REST APIs
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
