Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Maintain punctual and regular attendance in compliance with Orlando Health policies and applicable regulations. Ensure adherence to all Orlando Health policies and procedures.Other Related Functions Maintain a positive and active treatment environment. Demonstrate caring, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions. Participate in quality assessment, program development, student supervision, committees, safety, and infection control. Maintain awareness of legal issues, patient rights, and compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies. Use supplies and equipment efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care, including understanding growth and development principles and interpreting patient data to meet individual needs.QualificationsEducation/Training: Associate degree or graduate from an accredited two-year college program in Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure/Certification: Current license in the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist Assistant Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification Experience: No prior experience required
