The client is seeking a strategic SVP of Global Sales to guide them through a transformative period aimed at accelerating growth and expanding their market presence. This leadership role involves defining and executing a comprehensive global sales and marketing strategy to drive top-line growth, penetrate new markets, and enhance the clients international footprint. As a vital leadership team member, the SVP will play an essential role in shaping the commercial trajectory of the client, which specializes in advanced technology solutions for smart homes, climate control, and energy management.In this role, the SVP will be responsible for achieving key financial targets, managing a high-performing global sales team, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. They will also develop and monitor sales forecasts, manage budgets, and align sales strategies with the clients broader business objectives. The SVP will represent the client at industry events, overseeing global sales initiatives and expansion strategies, particularly focusing on the Climate Control, Energy Management, and Smart Building sectors. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Technology will be essential to align commercial priorities with the clients innovation goals.Candidates for this position should have extensive sales leadership experience, particularly in sectors like smart home devices, HVAC, or energy management. The role requires strong analytical, decision-making, and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Leadership expertise in managing diverse, multicultural teams is essential, along with excellent communication abilities to engage confidently with both the executive team and the Board.
