Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Richmond, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,984 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the PositionTravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Richmond, Missouri, 64085!Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Previous Charge Experience Description: Locals allowed. Radius restriction: No. First-time travelers not accepted. EMR: EPIC. Start date: ASAP. Weekends required: Every other weekend. Floating required: Yes (to ER as an assist). License required: Must be in-hand prior to start. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIH; PALS preferred. Skills required: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response. Management of dysrhythmias, telemetry, and code teams. Cardiovascular skills including pacemaker management and post-cardiac procedures. Endocrine/Metabolic management including IV insulin protocols. Knowledge of renal failure and IV therapy. Experience in administering blood products and managing various lines. Familiarity with protocol management for heparin and thrombolytic agents. Ability to respond to neurological emergencies, including seizures. Orthopedic care experience with total joint replacements. Respiratory care management, including ABGs and non-invasive methods. Skilled in isolation precautions, wound care, and critical care drips. Unit staff ratio: 1:6. Daily census: Standard patient load. Interdisciplinary support services include physical therapy and respiratory services. Patient demographics include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
