We're seeking a Emergency Clinical Supervisor who is ready to make a difference-both at the bedside and in shaping a high-performing team.In this dynamic role, you will:Provide direct, hands-on patient care, ensuring safe, high-quality treatment while leading by example.Coordinate daily clinical operations, helping the unit run smoothly and efficiently.Support and guide clinical staff, holding team members accountable to the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.Interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff, patients, and families.Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and safety, promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all.This is the perfect opportunity for a clinically skilled leader who wants to stay closely connected to patient care while making a broad impact across the team.Education QualificationsBachelor's Degree degree from an accredited college or university in nursing RequiredExperience QualificationsMinimum 2 years nursing experience including one year experience in pediatric nursing Required andPrevious supervisory or lead experience PreferredSkills and AbilitiesMust be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills.Licenses and CertificationsRN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license Upon Hire Required andBCLS - Basic Life Support Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association Upon Hire Required andPALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Current and valid certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days Required andACLS Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (ED and CCU only) within 180 Days Required andNRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Current and valid certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required (NICU only).
