Role Solutions Specialist – Higher Education / EdTech
Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Drive new business and competitive takeaways across colleges & universities
Partner directly with faculty, department chairs, and academic leaders
Deliver consultative demos and solution-based presentations
Help institutions improve student outcomes through digital learning tools
Base up to 70k+, bonuses 45k+
30% travel during selling season (Fall and Spring)
Qualifications Must have experience hunting and opening up new business
Consultative sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, education, or training
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable leading virtual and in-person demos
