Vice President of Marketing Agency

POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President of Marketing Services is the architect and executive leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Cardone Ventures’ marketing agency. We are looking for someone who has scaled a Marketing agency from $1M to $25M+ in revenue. This leader will own the strategic vision, operational execution, and commercial performance of our marketing services offerings. The VP will be accountable for scaling a world-class, profitable agency operation—delivering measurable revenue impact for our clients while driving consistent growth within Cardone Ventures.ABOUT CARDONE VENTURES Our mission is to help business owners achieve their personal, professional, and goals through the growth of their businesses. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKERevenue growth of the agency unit year-over-yearScalable org design and leadership structure builtClient retention, satisfaction, and measurable outcomesAdoption of standardized operating systems, technology, and reportingOBJECTIVES Build and scale a full-service marketing organization capable of serving hundreds of clients across diverse industriesDefine and implement the systems, structure, and processes required to scale delivery, increase throughput, and improve margins.Implement operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadence to ensure visibility across financial performance, client outcomes, and operational health.Build the marketing tech stack and automation ecosystem to enable efficiency, scale, and data visibilityStay ahead of emerging trends in digital, media, AI, automation, and creative execution to maintain competitive differentiation.Optimize service delivery models (productized vs. custom, in-house vs. partner/vendor, etc.) to balance scalability and client results.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, that drive brand awareness and engagement for our clientsSet and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.Establish client marketing metrics to track the success of marketing efforts and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.Test, report, optimize and analyze services performance to identify key levers and opportunities for marketing strategy improvementsDevelop and implement client marketing plans that maximizes team capacity, program return on investment and client satisfaction to drive retentionOversee the preparation, interpretation and presentation of relevant analytic findings to key stakeholdersOversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure client deliverables are free of errorsMake recommendations on department development, key investments, and innovations necessary within marketing services to executive team to maintain a competitive advantage against our competitorsOversee marketing vendor relationships to ensure there is streamlined communication across all teams to deliver quality services/products to clientsCOMPETENCIES Exceptional marketing and sales strategy or planning experience with business vision and ability to link marketing strategy and results to business and financial goalsDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.).Strong understanding of marketing technologies, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.Ability to collaborate with executives of the core business and brand creative team to guide and unify the creative direction of the Marketing agencyUnderstanding of how to successfully grow and scale a marketing agency, with insight to potential breakpoints and how to overcome themAbility to craft a value proposition to clients for the marketing servicesDemonstrated experience successfully leading a team of creativesUnderstanding of current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automationAbility to negotiate with strategic vendors in order to obtain favorable pricingUnderstanding of digital, traditional, social media and strategic marketing opportunitiesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Experience building and running a successful marketing agency10 years’ leadership experience in marketing, sales and management10X TOTAL REWARDSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees that includes:Medical, dental, and vision for FT positions and their dependentsVacation and sick time policy that increases based on tenure with the companyEmployee Assistance Program through Guardian401k with up to 3% Company matchPet Insurance through SPOT for your 10X pets!Competitive parental leave policy: 100% paid - 8 weeks for primary caregiver, and 4 weeks for secondary caregiver + 1 month remote for bothEmployee wellness initiatives including a 100% paid for gym membership and access to discounts on local meal prep servicesProfessional Development through reimbursements for courses/certifications outside of CV, and a 10X Mentorship ProgramContinued Education: we provide team members complete access to our range of educational resources valued at over $250,000 in areas such as Sales, Operations, People, Finance and MarketingUncapped Commission Potential: all of our team members have the opportunity to sell our Products/Services (and are trained on how to do so).
