Our people are determined, curious, collaborative and take huge pride in everything they do.The RoleAccount Manager, IAG Cargo based in DallasResponsible for generating revenue from a customer base in the assigned geographic area.Administrative responsibility which includes sales calling planning and reporting, maintaining up to date account information, developing actions plans for their assigned territory, developing quarterly action plans and sales call reports and providing market intelligence in the form of reports and ad hoc market feedbackWork closely with internal GKAM/RKAM team members to deliver the key regional commercial initiatives via relationship management, direct sales propositions and marketing campaigns.Maximize business opportunities through direct customer interface and within a portfolio of accounts to be managed in line with the regional IAG Cargo business plan objectives.Deliver annual account targets defined in terms of revenue, market share and “quality net net revenue” and product growth linking into corresponding targets for region.Ensure customer focus and delivery is maintained through monthly measurement & communications via monthly business review meetings with the customers.Responsible for achieving revenue and tonnage targets for full IAG Cargo product line with focus on Premium Products.Develop sales call patterns which are consistent with area business objectives and reflect effective time and territory management to maximize customer interaction and customer interface.Negotiate short, medium and long-term pricing initiatives to mutual benefit which are consistent with Area and Regions revenue goals and pricing guidelines.Develop action plans consistent with Area and Regions objectives and strategy.Manage customer performance against agreed targets and identifies and addresses shortfalls.What You’ll Bring To IAG CargoProven track record of account management and experienced at negotiating contractsStrong negotiation and influencing skills and ability to influence client managementAbility to deliver solutions to complex, cross-functional issuesStrong customer orientation, capable of generating respect among customers of all size in all of the relevant markets and cultures.Numerical literacy and strong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiations skillsBasic MS Office, Tableau & Sales ForceYour ExperiencePrevious account management or operational experience in the logistics industryWhat We OfferWherever you work within IAG Cargo, you’ll play a part in connecting people and countries and join a diverse and inclusive business that’s making a difference to the future of aviation.Colleagues Working For IAG CargoBenefit from attractive and competitive rewards aligned to the local market and role.From the day you join us, you’ll get access to brilliant staff travel benefits including unlimited basic and premium standby tickets on British Airways and group airlines.
