RF Engineer

About Us Netcom, Inc. is a growing technology and manufacturing organization focused on supporting advanced communications, RF systems, and operational technologies. We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented RF Engineer to support and enhance our radio frequency infrastructure, wireless communications systems, and technical operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working across both RF engineering and technical operations in a collaborative environment. Position Overview The RF Engineer will support the design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of RF and communications systems while partnering closely with operations, manufacturing, and IT teams. This position will play a key role in ensuring reliable system performance, supporting infrastructure projects, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support RF system design, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs), including schematic capture, component selection, board layout, and design verification Maintain and monitor RF communications equipment and related infrastructure Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving RF systems, networking, and communications equipment Assist with system upgrades, installations, and preventative maintenance activities Support wireless networking, antennas, signal analysis, and frequency coordination activities Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational needs Document configurations, procedures, and technical solutions Assist with compliance, safety, and operational standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience will be considered Experience working with RF systems, wireless communications, networking, or related technologies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience with radio systems, antennas, spectrum analysis, or communications infrastructure preferred Familiarity with Windows environments, networking concepts, and technical support is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Netcom, Inc. offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Company-Paid Life Insurance Company-Paid Long-Term Disability Employee Discount Program 401(k) Plan Career growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment Equal Opportunity Employer Netcom, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
