This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales, team development, and daily operations. As a key representative of the brand, you'll help foster a welcoming, community-driven environment where customers feel connected to Boston Scally and proud to wear it. What You'll DoSales & Customer ExperienceLead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional, engaging customer service Build strong relationships with customers and foster a sense of community Act as a brand ambassador by actively wearing, promoting, and educating customers on products Support achievement of sales, conversion, and productivity goals Store OperationsSupport daily store operations and assume leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment Assist with scheduling, store coverage, and operational readiness Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Merchandising & InventoryExecute visual merchandising and floor sets aligned with brand storytelling Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organization Participate in cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliations Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of store associates Help create a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture Provide feedback and insights to improve team effectiveness and store performance Brand & Business InsightsMonitor sales trends and product performance, sharing insights with leadership Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and community opportunities Partner with cross-functional teams (E-Commerce, Marketing, Customer Experience) to support a seamless omnichannel experience What We're Looking For1-3 years of retail experience; leadership or keyholder experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the brand authentically Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment Passion for streetwear, fashion, and brand storytelling Appreciation for Boston culture and the Boston Scally brand Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move for extended periods during shifts Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs Ability to work both on the sales floor and in stockroom environments Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods Why Join Us?Be part of a growing, culture-driven brand with a strong identity Opportunity to help shape the in-store experience and operations Collaborative, energetic team environment Room for growth as new locations expand If you're passionate about retail, culture, and community and want to be part of a brand that represents something bigger, we'd love to hear from you.
