We’re looking for a skilled Assembler III to join a growing team, working on cutting-edge projects in electronic and mechanical assembly. This role is ideal for those with a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of assembly techniques, quality control, and schematics interpretation. Assemblers will contribute to high-quality builds, assist in training, and have the opportunity to work overtime as part of a fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities: Assemble electronic and mechanical components, wiring, and subassemblies with precision. Follow strict quality control procedures and perform necessary adjustments and setups. Assemble various parts such as cables, harnesses, chassis, panels, batteries, and servo motors. Disassemble, rework, and reassemble units as required, maintaining adherence to quality standards. Support training for junior assemblers, and perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean workspace. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant assembly experience. Ability to interpret complex cable assembly drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Familiarity with cable assembly and soldering tools, and experience in IPC 620 (or equivalent) standards preferred. Strong visual and color distinction skills, with excellent attention to detail.
