Responsible for developing and documenting accounting financials, procedures, and control processes.This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per weekKey ResponsibilitiesCalculate and maintain large data liability model for Dealer Income Extension program. Solicit feedback from key stakeholders to provide ad hoc reporting on reserve as needed.Manage all aspects of ICP Market Fund program including associated journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and admin responsibilities for Vistex program to facilitate claiming from the distributor network.Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to obtain understanding of annual and short-term sales programs entered into with customers and ensure proper accounting.Prepare monthly accounting journal entries and account reconciliations associated with key responsibilities listed above.Work with BU Controllers and business partners to establish and maintain robust internal controls environment.Supports internal and external audits for process compliance and timely completion.Maintain accounting standard work documentation.Support ad-hoc projects as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree3+ years of experience in Accounting and/or FinancePreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA/CMA/MBA preferredAdvanced knowledge of accounting disciplines within work area and able to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs and systemsKnowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting standardsDemonstrated experience working in SAP and advanced MS Excel and AccessStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficienciesSense of urgency, self-initiative, dedication and sense of ownershipOutstanding follow-up and follow-through skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritizeStrong oral and written communication skill and proven presentation skillsPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
