Job Description Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an Electrical foreman for commercial projects in the Indianapolis, IN area The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.PAY: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourHOURS: 7:00 am-3:30 pmSTART DATE: immediatelyDURATION: PermanentPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician Foreman to lead and supervise journeyman and apprentice electricians on commercial projects throughout Central Indiana. This role is responsible for overseeing safety, productivity, quality control, material coordination, and daily reporting to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with electrical codes and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan daily work activities, assign crews, and mentor apprentices.Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals.Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and schedules with the Superintendent.Monitor productivity and workmanship while enforcing all safety standards.Conduct toolbox talks and complete daily/weekly reports and time sheets.Lead inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to resolve issues.Maintain quality control, material tracking, and organized job sites.Requirements10+ years of commercial electrical experience; 3–5+ years in a foreman role preferred.Strong knowledge of the NEC, commercial electrical systems, and installation sequencing.Ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively with crews and management.Basic proficiency with mobile apps for reporting and time entry.Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Indiana.Physical DemandsFrequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and operate lifts/scaffolding.Willingness to travel between job sites and work indoors and outdoors. xmcpwfuBenefitsCompany-paid benefits packageHSA with company contribution and matching401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffAnnual, holiday, and anniversary bonusesPhone allowanceCompany truck or van (role dependent)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!Powered by JazzHR5WpHayvZWU
