This is a non-exempt, entry-level, hourly position that includes eligibility for PTO, health insurance, and 401k program after probationary period.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperate within standard operating and safety proceduresLiaise and communicate well with other departments in finishing projects in a timely manner and quality fashionAchieve the creation of high-quality Versa gear that represents the company well in the global staging marketUtilize Technical Design documents in the construction of staging and equipmentComplete all assigned crew training modulesMaintain and repair rental equipmentRestock rental equipmentLoad and unload trucksOperate forklift, trucks, scissor lifts (reporting any maintenance needs)Clean and maintain work area, including yard and storage trailersMay be asked to assist in the set-up and disassembly of rental and custom equipmentQualification RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferredReliable transportationClean and neat appearanceAbility to work weekends and overtimeFamiliarity with requirements of touring equipment and terminology a plusEnglish speaking preferred, bilingual a plusPhysical Demands And AbilitiesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
