You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on receiving, restocking, and dispatch processes.ResponsibilitiesReceive and restock inventory accurately and efficiently.Load and unload materials from trucks.Utilize RF scanners and rolling stairs to fulfill orders.Break down boxes and package items for shipment.Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed.Pick orders using stairs to reach material for the automotive industry.Package items for shipment.Essential SkillsProficient in using RF scanners and order pickers.Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently, and 100 pounds occasionally.Comfortable utilizing rolling safety ladders with 5-7 steps, and occasionally a 15-foot stair ladder.Ability to speak, read, and write English.Able to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in shipping and receiving.Self-motivated and able to work individually.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Why Work Here?This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company, with a pay increase upon direct hire and forklift training leading to additional earnings.
