Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney located in Allentown, PA, with flexibility to work remotely on some days. The Associate Attorney will handle client consultations, provide legal advice, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and matters related to labor, employment, consumer protection, real estate, and small business law. The role also involves collaborating with other attorneys and maintaining a high standard of professionalism while managing a diverse caseload. Qualifications Strong grounding in Law, with expertise in Labor and Employment LawProficiency in providing Legal Advice and offering solutions tailored to client needsAdvanced skills in Research and a commitment to staying updated on relevant legal developmentsCompetence in Negotiation to represent clients effectively in varied scenariosAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership in PennsylvaniaPrior experience in consumer protection, real estate, or small business law is highly advantageous
