About the job:The Account Director is a strategic partner, fostering collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to drive project success and business growth. This role oversees client initiatives and ensures seamless day-to-day operations. The Account Director mentors and guides team members, fostering professional development and growth, while identifying opportunities to expand scope and drive business forward.A day in the life:Leads multichannel/omnichannel tactical execution for assigned clients, meeting expectations and objectives.Manages brands through launches, positioning, campaigns, and conventions.Provides strategic recommendations, understanding client categories and budgets.Collaborates with account management to ensure agency performance accountability.Supervises and mentors direct reports, defining performance goals and growth plans.Delegates tasks, provides project direction, and participates in staffing discussions.Demonstrates expertise in junior-level account responsibilities, providing coverage as needed.Evaluates cross-functional team ideas against business objectives and strategies.Identifies opportunities for organic growth and recommends changes.Collaborates with finance, project management, creative, strategy, and medical teams.Applies expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics to drive client success.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree preferred6 plus years professional experience6 plus years relevant industry experienceHealthcare and pharma agency experience preferredBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Excellent written and verbal communicationDigital, media, social, and analytics knowledgeExperience managing a teamCuriosity and strategic thinkingSalary$100,000 to $140,000 annuallyThe salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
