Dermatology Opportunity in Gulf Breeze, Florida A premier private dermatology practice on Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to join its expanding team. With strong patient demand and a newly built, state-of-the-art facility, this opportunity allows you to step into an established practice while shaping your preferred mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology. Practice Overview You'll join two board-certified dermatologists, including a Mohs surgeon, in a high-volume private practice Newly constructed 16-exam-room clinic opened in 2025 to accommodate continued growth Flexible blend of medical and cosmetic dermatology tailored to your interests On-site lasers and energy devices include IPL, CO2, Pico, YAG, MNRF, HIFU, and more Schedule Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday until 12:30 p.m. No nights, weekends, or call requirements Physicians average 35-40 patients per day with robust APP support Incoming physician will step into a full patient panel with high referral and self-referral volume Compensation & Benefits Base salary with 40% collections incentive; long-term earning potential exceeds $800,000 Generous sign-on bonus, with relocation assistance available Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, profit sharing, malpractice with potential tail Four weeks of vacation, six paid holidays, three CME days, and $3,500 CME stipend Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist Comfortable managing a broad range of general dermatology conditions Experience or interest in cosmetic procedures welcomed but not required Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow in a private practice setting Community & Location Highlights No state income tax and lower cost of living compared to major metros Gulf Breeze offers coastal living with white sand beaches and family-friendly neighborhoods Easy access to Pensacola and top-rated schools Outdoor lifestyle includes boating, fishing, and year-round sunshine Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals.
