With a bold, grounded approach, our Senior Project Managers ensure safety, quality, and performance at every stage of our projects.You’ll be the strategic leader on projects that may include water/wastewater treatment plants, excavation, river diversions, and many other types of heavy civil projects. This role is ideal for someone with 10 to 15 years of Project Management experience, ready to mentor teams, lead complex decision-making, and own overall project success.This is a higher-level role above that of your standard Project Manager—you’ll oversee larger, more complex jobs, and report to ownership, high-level stakeholders and other key individuals. You’ll also support and mentor project teams to ensure the projects are successful.Position ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee complex civil construction projects from start to finish.Support and mentor PMs, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.Lead project reviews, financial tracking, and owner/agency updates.Represent the company in discussions with owners, engineers, and key stakeholders.Step in, to directly support project execution when needed.Manage overall team quality and performance on:RFIs, submittals, and procurement trackingProject documentation and progress reportsQuality control, safety protocols, and schedule adherenceField directives and design clarificationsProject schedules, budgets, and cost forecastingChange orders, progress billings, and pay applicationsClose-out documentation and punch list coordinationChange management and field issue resolutionRequired Qualifications10+ Years of Civil Construction Project Management experienceExperience managing projects ranging from $10M up to $200MBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experienceStrong leadership, mentoring, and communication skillsFamiliarity with project documentation, contracts, scheduling, and construction management softwareIntermediate Computer SkillsOutlookGoogle Suite ExcelExperience with project management programs like:Procore or Similar Program P6PhoenixBlue Beam Computer Ease Project Experience in one or more of the following areasWater and wastewater treatment plant constructionExcavation and site developmentRiver or stream diversionStructural concrete and tank constructionInfrastructure rehabilitation (bridges, dams, roads)Preferred ExperienceAdvanced computer skillsOSHA 10 CertificationCurrent first aid & AED certificationConfined space and fall protection trainingBenefitsHealth insurance Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth savings accountFlexible spending account401(k) matchingLife insuranceLong-term disability insurancePaid time offHoliday payReferral programCompany vehicle or stipendCompany phone or stipend
