Remote Video Operator

For our client, we are seeking a Remote Video Operator to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Media environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $145,600 – $187,200 annuallyResponsibilities Adjust video levels, black/white balance, and color balance among cameras Patch and route video while collaborating with the video team to position monitors for talent and shows Troubleshoot video-related issues including cameras, cabling, and lenses Organize and manage remote video systems, including fiber cables and source lists Plan and develop workflows in collaboration with Operations and Production teams Participate in system design and setup for video paths and integration of technologies during eventsQualifications 2+ years of experience in remote production at the network level as a Video Operator Proficient understanding of live production equipment operations Experience reading and using waveform/vectorscope (SDI and IP formats, HD, UHD, and HDR) Ability to manage camera look and shading needs effectively Skill in signal monitoring and adjustment during live events Competence in setting up, operating, and dismantling video equipment on-site Strong problem-solving skills with effective communication for conveying technical issuesBenefits Medical, financial, and other select benefits depending on position and level Flexible scheduling, with the requirement to work nights, weekends, and holidays Opportunity for remote work with travel required based on event locationsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
