Job description:Job OverviewPayroll Analyst (Temporary Assignment – Potential Full-Time OpportunityMiami, FL (On-site)Full-time | Monday– Friday, 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PMWe are seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our HR team on a temporary basis. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position depending on performance and business needs.Position OverviewThe Payroll Analyst will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, reporting, and HR administrative support to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and process payroll accurately and on timeReview and approve employee timesheets and make adjustments as neededRun payroll and HR reports using ADPAssist with audits and data collection for compliance and reportingProcess payroll-related changes including new hires, terminations, transfers, and rate changesResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and paycheck issuesProvide general HR administrative and clerical support as needed QualificationsAssociate' s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 2 years of payroll or HR-related experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredExperience with employee relations and payroll processingStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionAtwork Personnel is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.
