Channel Account Sales often works with Product, Business operation and Marketing teams to deliver revenue growth and quota attainment with the presence in assigned territory. This role will focus on the sales opportunity across system integrators as well as distributors in N. America. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with major distributors, off-line retailers and system Integrators: conduct regular contacts to understand their needs and generate new/continuous revenue streams. Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met. Responsible for sales account planning, sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources to align with customer requirements Provide in-depth analysis on customer-level issues and deliver resolution recommendations Stay current with industry trend to identify new opportunities for company growth. Provide regular customer account update and sales report. Attend sales meetings, training programs and exhibitions as required Qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s degree in ME, Engineering or business or related. 3+ years sales experiences in Server/Computer industry with strong understanding to Cloud/Storage/Data-center business. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environment and demonstrate passionate, work ethic and high energy level. Solid communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation; Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence internal and external decision makers. Prior sales or business experience working with sever/computer hardware distributors, channels or clients is highly preferable. Possess strong project follow-up, price negotiation, payment management, customer relationship and time management skills.
