Sales Development Representative (SDR) Piston Lehi, Utah · On-site · Full-timeAbout Piston Piston is building the modern payments infrastructure for vehicle fleets and Energy/Oil companies. We help businesses with vehicle fleets manage fuel cards, same money on their fuel and give them better transparency on driver fuel spend. The role We're hiring an SDR to be the tip of the spear for our go-to-market motion. You'll be the first conversation prospects have with Piston, and you'll work directly alongside our founders and AEs to build pipeline, refine our messaging, and help shape how we sell. This is an on-site role at our Lehi office. We believe early stage sales orgs are built faster when you're in the room together, learning from every dial and every demo prep.What you'll doProspect into Pistons ICP accounts via cold email, cold call, and LinkedInRun a high-volume, high-quality outbound motion. We care about bothQualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for our AEsPartner with marketing on campaigns, messaging tests, and ICP refinementKeep a clean CRM and bring a clear point of view on what's working and what isn'tBe in the office, in the mix, and willing to pick up the phone a lotPotential for 1-3 week travel sprintsWhat we're looking for1+ year of sales experience (Summer Sales, BDR, SDR, etc.)Track record of hitting or beating quota in an outbound-heavy roleComfort with cold outreach: Phone, Email, and SocialStrong written communicationCuriosity about fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
