Coordinates patient care planning with other departments and centers. Collaborates with the Center Manager as issues arise. Ensures patient flow in the department is overseen. Creates Assignments for Staff. Reviews patient assessments for completeness. Participates in Performance Improvement activities are performed in a timely, and self-motivated manner. Monitors charges, billing, daily patient schedules and statistics Reports productivity and statistics as requested by the Clinic Manager.
