Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.Local Team Collaboration:Work alongside a close-knit team of 5 physicians, actively involved in work groups such as practice guidelines, the code blue committee, and the ICU celebration of life committee.Qualifications:Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.Must be comfortable managing ICU patients and be open to performing central lines.Authorized to work in the USAScheduling:Flexible scheduling with 10-hour night shifts M-F and 11.5-hour night shifts on Saturday and Sunday.Key Responsibilities:Nocturnist covers the ICU overnight and supervises the residents’ admissions to the floor. Intensivists are available telephonically overnight. Central line & airways skills are desired, although back-up is available.Phenomenal team culture.
