Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.Minimum QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5-8 years of applicable experience in with increased responsibilities over time.Experience with Custodial accounting, as well as experience in the mortgage industry is preferredExperience/Training:Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Management skills supporting achievement of deliverable deadlinesExperience managing others is a preferredProfessional Certification/License:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar designation preferredSkills and Abilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to staff and management.Effective project management skills. Possesses critical thinking and decision-making, analytical problem solving, business astuteness, and process orientation skills.Independent, self-starter; able to set agenda and drive progress with little direction.Superior organization & attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and synthesize multiple perspectives to get the most important thing done.Demonstrated and strong interpersonal skills.
