Sharpline Equity is a well-established multifamily operator experiencing exciting growth with over 1200 units under management. Sharpline is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a recent 100-unit acquisition to join our team. The community will undergo significant upgrades to deliver an excellent product and experience to all residents. At Sharpline, we utilize cutting-edge technology to empower our Maintenance team to create a top-of-the-line community experience with real-time communication. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a modern approach to property management and ownership. Key Responsibilities • Repair and install new gas lines, drainage systems, and custom piping systems. • Cut openings in walls, floors, and ceilings for piping installation. • Clean drains and plumbing fixtures; ensure systems comply with relevant codes. • Fabricate, install, and fit pipes, valves, tanks, and pumps. • Prepare project estimates and recommend repairs, replacements, and upgrades. • Operate equipment including cutting torches, threading machines, and grinders. • Be available for emergency repairs during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • Journeyman Plumbing License with strong knowledge of ANSI, ASME, and PFI codes. • Proficient in blueprint reading, time management, and quality production. • Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. • Professional communication skills and ability to represent the company effectively. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Willingness to work on-call and extended hours as needed.
