The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in business continuity, operational risk, resilience, or a related function, preferably within the financial services sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing the execution and enhancement of the firm's BCM and operational resilience frameworks, with a focus on driving process improvements and strengthening the control environment. The Vice President will work closely with business stakeholders and leadership, contribute to the strategic direction of the broader ORM group, and ensure the effective management of BCM/TPRM-related policies, procedures, and testing.Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and possess strong communication, project management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
