The unit is a 29 bed capable cardiac monitoring unit specializing in a variety of diseases requiring inpatient acute care. All nurses maintain ACLS certification competencies and practice based on the AACN guidelines, delivering clinically expert care founded in evidence based principles. We provide general medical services to patients requiring multisystem disease management. RNs in this unit may come in contact or care for COVID patients. Travel RN's are first to float based on facility needs. One or more summer holiday may be required and call may be required.
