Company Description Joint Pain Solution Center is a Fort Lauderdale-based medical practice specializing in non-surgical treatments for arthritis and joint pain using advanced regenerative therapies. Led by Dr. Jeffrey B. Brown, a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience, the practice aims to help patients, especially those aged 50 and older, avoid joint replacement surgery while improving mobility and reducing pain. Services include ultrasound-guided Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, regenerative treatments for soft tissue injuries, and personalized joint preservation and injury recovery strategies. At Joint Pain Solution Center, compassionate care and innovative biologic treatments are at the core of every patient’s journey to better movement without invasive procedures.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at our Fort Lauderdale, FL location. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting clinical staff in providing patient care, preparing examination rooms, maintaining medical records, and assisting with office administration. Duties will also include assisting with ultrasound-guided procedures, managing patient intake and charting, and ensuring that all patient interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.Qualifications Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Patient Care techniques Understanding of Medical Terminology Familiarity with electronic Medical Records systems and handling of patient documentation Skills in managing a Medical Office, including organization and communication Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient interactions Basic proficiency with computers and office software applications Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent training is preferred Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
