This includes but is not limited to quoting aftermarket spare parts and reviewing and entering aftermarket spare parts orders. This is a great opportunity to learn about and develop expertise in this product line by working directly with customers, products, and pricing. Key responsibilities will include:Handle General Phone & E-Mail Inquiries regarding orders from customers and sales representatives Quote Aftermarket Spare Parts (Gaskets, O-rings, Seals, Standard Bonnets, Zinc Anodes, Tube Plugs, Separators, Plate Packs, etc) including cross referencing current and old part numbers and obtaining quotes from VendorsReview and accurately enter Aftermarket Spare Parts Orders Assist with maintenance of Aftermarket Quote LogReview Spare Parts Orders for On Time Shipments & Gross Margins and report findings/issuesCoordinate and perform the sales team activities associated with the RMA processPhysical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk within both office and production floor environments. Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Visual acuity for screens and documents. Ability to wear PPE on the shop floor. Frequent use of hands for typing and document handling.
