HR Assistant
HR Assistant:
We are looking for an HR assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Issue and track company iPad tablets and work with IT to resolve any issues
Assist in payroll preparation and processing for multiple companies
Assist with recruiting, job posting and keeping our databases current
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule pre-employment screenings
Schedule onboarding and conduct initial orientation of newly hired employees
Assist with employee engagement activities
Requirements
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Familiarity with Excel
Familiarity with Outlook
