Orb is seeking an Implementation Architect in San Francisco to own the technical post-sales journey from implementation through go-live. You will map customer pricing models to Orb's platform, guide API design, event ingestion, and webhook configuration, and unblock complex integrations.
Collaborating with engineering and customer success, you'll advocate for scalable fixes, lead technical discovery, and build reference architectures while driving customer outcomes.
