Program Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and lead our projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of hospital equipment and manage a team of technicians within scope, budget, and schedule. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation - Implement project management best practices to drive successful project outcomes - Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly - Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed *Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of delivery technicians of hospital equipment ie: Beds, tables, wheelchairs, etc... ensuring they are delivered on time and safely. *Duties* - Manage project timelines, resources effectively - Implement and maintain project management processes - Communicate project status updates to leadership - Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Manage equipment and equipment technicians - Utilize content management systems for project documentation *Requirements* - Proficiency in requirements management and project planning - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders - Experience in program management and process improvement - Ability to gather and analyze project requirements effectively Job Type: Full-time Experience: Project planning: 1 year (Required) Project management: 1 year (Required) Management: 1 year (Required) Qualifications - Proven experience in program management with a strong background in earned value management and quality management - Proficiency in utilizing project management tools such as Primavera, Redmine, Confluence, and content management systems - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial acumen - Experience with Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement - Exceptional conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
