This role provides senior-level operational leadership supporting a large-scale, multi-site classified program focused on analytical, vetting, and intelligence support operations.The Deputy Program Manager supports execution of contract requirements and serves as a key operational leader responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day performance, quality assurance, workforce management, and escalation resolution across distributed sites.ResponsibilitiesOperations & Program Support:Support execution of day-to-day program operations across multiple sitesOversee workflow operations for analytical and vetting support activitiesManage shift operations and workforce coverage across Clarksburg, WV and Winchester, VASupport surge staffing and rapid response operational planningQuality Assurance & Process OversightLead QA monitoring and compliance activities across operational workflowsSupport development, maintenance, and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Track operational performance metrics and service delivery standardsDrive continuous process improvement across mission support workflowsPersonnel & Performance ManagementSupport workforce performance management and escalation resolutionCoordinate staffing readiness and coverage across all operational sitesAssist with personnel scheduling and throughput balancingSupport leadership in resolving operational bottlenecks and workforce issuesGovernment & Mission SupportInterface with Government stakeholders as delegated by the Program ManagerSupport execution of mission requirements tied to vetting and analytical workflowsEnsure alignment with FBI/IC/DOJ operational standards and expectationsAssist with implementation of governance and compliance requirementsRequirements Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph (required)Bachelor's degree required (BS/BA required)Minimum 7+ years of federal program or operations management experienceMinimum 5+ years of operations, QA, or workflow leadership on analytical or research services contractsMulti-site operational leadership experience requiredDemonstrated experience supporting FBI, IC, or DOJ mission environments (preferred context experience)Proven experience with:Workflow operations and shift managementQA oversight and process governancePersonnel performance management and escalation handlingSOP development and enforcementSurge operations planningPreferred QualificationsFBI or IC vetting domain knowledgeExperience developing or maintaining SOPs in operational environmentsExperience supporting surge staffing or high-tempo operational cyclesFamiliarity with structured process improvement methodologiesCertificationsPMP (Preferred or Required depending on contract structure)Preferred: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
