General Anesthesia opportunity in El Paso, TXFeaturing aggressive compensation and 10 weeks of PTO.This w-2 employed position features a highly competitive compensation plan, an MD led Care Team Model, and a highly collaborative and supportive environment. FIRST Call frequency varies, you will never be on SECOND Call and you will have post call days off. You will be supported by CRNAs and Anesthesia Assistants and will spend 30% of your time doing your own cases. You will never be tasked with: Chronic Pain Management, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care Medicine, office based Anesthesiology, or Acute Pain Service.
