Customer Integration Project Manager

The Customer Integration Project Manager will drive the onboarding process of new clients, new equipment/production lines, and new system integration. This role is expected to be tactical and work with the other departments at Praxis to drive project timelines. ResponsibilitiesManage company projects both active, future and completed.Meet with project stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Able to grasp concepts required to understand the overall project scope, and to communicate effectively with project team members, end users and external resources. Ensure on-time project delivery, within scope and within budget.Assist staff in determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.Assist staff to determine product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, on-time and on budget.Resolve problems that compromise project deadlines. Ensure resources availability and allocations.Controls project costs by adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.Ensure comprehensive project plans and supporting performance and status reports are readily available for project owners.Implement and maintain project database that supports organizational needs.Direct and Manage Project Integration Specialists, who support the onboarding process of new clients, new equipment/production lines, and new system integrations QualificationsBachelor’s degree, required or equivalent combination.3-5 years of experience with project management or project engineering, required.3-5 years of experience with customer service or working with new products, preferred.Certified Project Management Professional preferred.Previous experience in cGMP, FDA, or other highly regulated environment, preferred.Ability to present training topics to small or medium sized groups. Pay RangeUSD $70,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
