In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our digital commerce platform and support our global expansion. You will be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering teams, design, and external vendors, ensuring alignment, clarity, and execution excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-scope completionDirectly manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunitiesServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, design, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignmentOwn the roadmap planning and prioritization process for technology initiatives in collaboration with senior leadershipManage vendor relationships and contracts, including system integrators, platform providers, and third-party technology partnersSupport implementation and optimization efforts across digital commerce platforms, including theme development, app integrations, and checkout enhancementsSupport integration projects leveraging iPaaS solutions to connect ERP, WMS, OMS, and other enterprise systemsEstablish and maintain program governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation protocolsCollaborate with the Design team to ensure digital experiences align with AMIRI's luxury brand standards and aesthetic visionPartner with Engineering to define technical requirements, review architecture decisions, and ensure scalable solutionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, team efficiency, and stakeholder satisfactionRequirements:7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in digital technology environmentsProven experience managing Project Managers or cross-functional teamsExperience working with enterprise platforms and system integrations across domains such as ERP, WMS, OMS, or similarStrong understanding of complex system ecosystems and data flowsDemonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party development teamsExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologiesPMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or similarExperience with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or WorkatoExperience in fashion, luxury retail, or the apparel industryFamiliarity with global e-commerce operations and international market expansionExperience with NetSuite, SAP, or similar ERP systemsKnowledge of headless commerce architecture and composable commerceUnderstanding of UX/UI design principles and digital brand expressionLocation:Downtown Los AngelesMust be available to work onsite 3x a week Employment type:ContractApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
