Job Title: Resource Management ProfessionalJob Category: Project and Program ManagementTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * *The Opportunity:The Resource Management Professional shall support the elements of the Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) process at the government executive level, to include but not limited to the Program Executive Office (PEO), Program Integration & Planning Office (PIPO), Directorate Portfolio Managers (DPM), Business & Contract Management Office (BCMO), and Business & Contract Management Group (BCMG).Responsibilities:* The RMP shall provide financial and program management services focused on financial and business analytics, strategic planning, and program and acquisition management for the annual business cycle.* They shall assist with the implementation, tracking, and reporting of all programmatic resource decisions across the purview of acquisition programs supported.Qualifications:Required:Active TS SCI level clearance with appropriate polyLevel 1:Four (4) years of combined experience in DoD and/or IC resource management, program management, contract management, and/or financial management.Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus required.Or: PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II Certification + 3 additional years (total 7 years)Or: 2 additional years of experience in lieu of certification (total 9 years)Level 2:Eight (8) years of combined experience in DoD and/or IC resource management, program management, contract management, and/or financial management.Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus required.Or: PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II Certification + 3 additional years (total 11 years)Or: 2 additional years of experience in lieu of certification (total 13 years)Level 3:Twelve (12) years of combined experience in DoD and/or IC resource management, program management, contract management, and/or financial management.Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus required.Or: PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II Certification + 3 additional years (total 15 years)Or: 2 additional years of experience in lieu of certification (total 17 years)Level 4:Sixteen (16) years of combined experience in DoD and/or IC resource management, program management, contract management, and/or financial management.Bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus required.Or: PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II Certification + 3 additional years (total 19 years)Or: 2 additional years of experience in lieu of certification (total 21 years)This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
