We help organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there. What You’ll DoStand up and manage a centralized program command center to drive alignment, visibility, and execution across multiple workstreams.Coordinate planning, readiness, and execution activities in support of large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive progress against strategic goals and key outcomes.Develop and maintain visual management tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide real-time visibility into program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.Lead recurring program meetings, workshops, and working sessions, including facilitation of hybrid and virtual discussions, documentation of decisions, and tracking of action items.Create and distribute executive-ready status reports summarizing progress, accomplishments, risks, issues, and next steps.Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions, helping teams identify root causes, define target-state outcomes, and develop implementation plans.Support process improvement initiatives through value stream mapping, current-state assessments, and future-state design activities.Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and governance artifacts to support operational consistency and adoption.Partner with stakeholders to drive change management activities, gain alignment, and ensure successful implementation of new processes and ways of working.Monitor initiative progress, track benefits realization, and ensure accountability for key deliverables and improvement efforts.What You’ll Bring5+ years of Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or Transformation experience in complex, cross-functional environments.Proven ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and competing priorities.Experience driving operational excellence, business process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead executive, stakeholder, and team-level meetings effectively.Experience creating executive communications, status reporting, dashboards, and visual management tools.Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, actionable workstreams, and measurable outcomes.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Experience documenting business processes, standard work, governance frameworks, and operating models.Ability to identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.Experience supporting change management, business transformation, or organizational readiness efforts.Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile, or related process improvement experience is preferred.Proficiency with collaboration, project management, and reporting tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, Power BI, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platformsAbout UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
