Construction Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

A leading hyperscale data center developer is seeking Sr/Development Project Managers to lead design, preconstruction, and construction delivery across large-scale mission critical campus projects. This role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, vendors, commissioning, procurement, and stakeholder coordination from planning through turnover.Key responsibilities include:Managing multi-phase data center construction projects across active campusesLeading contractor, design, MEP, and commissioning coordinationOverseeing budgets, schedules, change orders, procurement, and reportingSupporting permitting, due diligence, executive updates, and operational readinessIdeal background:5+ years in commercial or mission critical construction/project managementStrong experience with data centers, MEP infrastructure, or large-scale construction deliveryExperience managing GCs, vendors, schedules, budgets, and client/stakeholder communicationFamiliarity with Design Build, CMAR, or Lump Sum delivery models and mission critical environments
